Delivery method

All shipments are made via a carrier with a ‘door-to-door’ service, guaranteeing convenience and speed of delivery.

Exception:

In shipments made by national parcel via CTT, delivery is not made to the home address. In these cases, the parcel must be collected from the CTT post office closest to the destination address.

Prices:

* On purchases over 1000€, get an immediate 10€ discount on the value of your order. In other words, for orders up to 10kg, with measurements up to 150cm, shipping is free. For weights and measurements above those indicated above, 10€ will be deducted. (Offer valid for a limited time)

National Shipping

Mainland Portugal

Up to 2 kg: 7,00 €

From 2 kg to 5 kg: 8,50 €

From 5kg to 10kg: €10.50

From 10 kg to 20 kg: 11,50 €

From 20 kg to 30 kg: €13.50

For each additional kg over 30 kg: €0.40/kg

Note: For parcels with irregular dimensions, the cost will be calculated based on the volumetric weight.

Islands (Azores and Madeira)

In each shipment, we always try to select the most suitable carrier, taking into account the best balance between price and delivery time.

Shipments to the islands can be made by:

CTT Registado (up to 2kg) or CTT Encomenda Nacional (up to 10kg)

VOAM (by air) - available for orders over 10kg, with estimated delivery in 48 hours, provided the service runs normally

International shipments

Orders abroad are sent via trusted logistics partners such as:

DACHSER

We select the most suitable carrier depending on the destination, type of shipment and urgency of delivery.
